The Ultimate Class Mod
In the Ultimate Class mod, there’s no playstyle restriction.
Play as a sword-wielding Warrior or an assassin who uses stealth as a game-changer. Do you love keeping a safe distance from the main battle while dealing bursts of damage to enemies? The Dark Mage will best suit you. And if you’re the opposite of calm and pacifist, be the bloodthirsty Berserker!
Aside from your raw skills is a unique NPC that sells various goods and assigns rewarding tasks to aid in your gameplay progression. The Mastery Tree and a new damage milestone system are also added to boost the experience further!
CLASS TOKEN
Even though this mod adds some items to the game, such as weapons and potions, it’s built around Class Tokens. These Tokens are accessories that let you choose your class and boost your stats based on your chosen class.
For a better experience, you should make a new character. Doing that will grant you a Class Picker in your inventory, which you can use to select your first class. If you skip this step, you can still buy a Class Picker from the Class Master. You can also use the Class Picker to change your class, but your progress will be reset.
The Class Mod offers more than 20 classes to choose from. You can craft the class you want and equip it like any other accessory. To advance a class, you need a Class Token, Which you can buy from the Class Master NPC and use it to craft the next level.
Each time you level up your class, you’ll gain one skill point that can be spent on the Mastery Tree.
MASTERY TREE
The Mastery Tree is a feature that allows you to customize your class further by choosing from different talents that enhance your abilities or grant you new ones. The Mastery Tree has three branches for each class: Offensive, Defensive, and Utility. You can open the Mastery Tree UI by pressing “Z” (by default).
You can reset your skill points at any time by Talking to the Class Master NPC. If the UI/Menu of the mastery tree is not centered on your screen correctly, please set the UI Scale option to 100% in the game’s vanilla settings.
ABILITIES
Each class has at least one passive ability and two active abilities. Passive abilities are always active and do not require any input from the player. Active abilities require pressing a hotkey to activate them. The default hotkeys are:
- Use ability 1: “Q“
- Use ability 2: “C“
You can change these hotkeys in the control keybinding setting.
You can also see more details about your abilities in the class menu by pressing “N” (by default).
DAMAGE MILESTONE SYSTEM
The damage Milestone system is a feature that rewards you with Mastery Points and some Ability Power for dealing damage. The Damage Milestone system also works with modded weapons and enemies.
The numbers above it are: “Current amount of damage dealt/Total amount of damage required for the next milestone.”
CLASS MASTER
The Class Master NPC is an essential character in this mod. He sells Class Tokens that you can use to level up your current class. He also gives you Quest with various rewards. You can also reset your skill points of the mastery tree at any time by talking to him.
Spawning the Class Master NPC requires the following criteria:
- King Slime defeated
- Suitable hose built.
- Rugged Blanket consumed for spawning the Class Master (optional).
After spawning the Class Master, you may now buy Class Tokens. However, it’s noteworthy that the Class Token available depends on the bosses you have defeated. Here’s a quick guide regarding just that, alongside corresponding class levels:

How to install Apacchii's Class Mod in Terraria
This mod works for previous and the latest versions of Terraria, from 1.3.5.2 to the latest Terraria version.
For Steam Users:
- First, you need to download the tModLoader from the Steam Store.
- Once installed, you need to Open tModLoader and go to Mod Browser.
- The last step is to enter the name of the mod, which is “Apacchii Class Mod” and then click on the button that says download.
- You can also find the mod in the Steam Workshop and click on subscribe. The mod will be ready to use when you start the game again.
