General Information
The Resonance Scepter emits pink circles when clicked by the cursor.  The circular projectile expands and collapses within 1s while quickly damaging enemies caught within the radius. However, it cannot pass through walls but can damage enemies within.  The Resonance Scepter is a decent Area Effect Magic Weapon, allowing players to clear a certain space with enemies. Mythical is the best modifier to incorporate as it provides a wide array of stats improvements.
