The Falcon Blade is a melee weapon that pierces enemies.

The Falcon Blade is a broadsword that is capable of autoswing, and it almost qualifies as a Pre-Hardmode Cutlass due to the similarities in designs and many of the same features, benefits, and drawbacks. Its attack reaches three tiles in radius. At an optimal distance, the Falcon Blade can pierce two enemies. However, multiple bodies will be damaged should they all line up for the player.

When normally used, the Falcon Blade will not emit light, and attacks do not go through walls.

Combat-wise, the Falcon Blade’s decent damage and speed make it effective against early-game enemies with low health. In terms of damage, it outperforms even the Blood Butcherer / Light's Bane. All Flask items will imbue their unique effects since the Falcon Blade is a melee weapon.

The Falcon Blade is best modified with Legendary for overall stats improvement.
