General Information
The Candy Cane Sword is a Christmas-themed melee weapon that pierces enemies.
The Candy Cane Sword has a larger range than other pre-Hardmode swords and deals 19 / 16 base damage, making it quite advantageous early on. A Candy Cane Sword cannot autoswing. Its attack reaches four tiles in radius. At an optimal distance, the Candy Cane Sword can pierce three enemies. However, multiple bodies will be damaged should they all line up for the player.
When normally used, Candy Cane Sword will not emit light, and attacks do not go through walls.
Combat-wise, the Candy Cane Sword's decent damage and speed make it effective against early-game enemies. All Flask items will imbue their unique effects since the Candy Cane Sword is a melee weapon.
The Candy Cane Sword is best modified with Legendary for overall stats improvement.
