General Information
The Cactus Sword is a melee weapon that pierces enemies.
The Cactus Sword has a greater range and deals more damage than early weapons, similar to the Tin Broadsword in terms of damage output. The Cactus Sword can be a huge help until one can craft a more effective sword from Silver or Tungsten. A Cactus Sword cannot autoswing. Its attack reaches four tiles in radius. At an optimal distance, the Cactus Sword can pierce two enemies. However, multiple bodies will be damaged should they all line up for the player.
When normally used, the Cactus sword will not emit light, and attacks do not go through walls.
Combat-wise, the Cactus Sword's decent damage and speed make it effective against early-game enemies. All Flask items will imbue their unique effects since the Cactus Sword is a melee weapon. A Cactus Sword can be sold for 18x as much profit as its components
The Cactus Sword is best modified with Legendary for overall stats improvement.

At a Workbench, craft a Cactus (10) to create a Cactus Sword. It can be crafted as early as Pre-Hardmode.
