General Information
The Ash Wood Sword is a melee weapon that pierces enemies.
The Ash Wood Sword is an alternate version of the Wooden Sword. In Don't dig up and Get fixed boi seeds, the damage is dropped from 13 to 8, and its use time is increased from 17 to 23. An Ash Wood Sword cannot autoswing. Its attack reaches three tiles in radius. At an optimal distance, the Ash Wood Sword can pierce two enemies. However, multiple bodies will be damaged should they all line up for the player.
When normally used, the Ashwood sword will not emit light, and attacks do not go through walls.
Combat-wise, the Ash Wood Sword's decent damage and speed make it effective against enemies with low health. All Flask items will imbue their unique effects since the Ash Wood Sword is a melee weapon.
The Ash Wood Sword is best modified with Legendary for overall stats improvement.

At a Workbench, craft Ash Wood (7) to create an Ash Wood Sword. It can be crafted as early as Pre-Hardmode.
